For these 21 days, I'm opening the door here in Green Bay and doing something I rarely do: coaching a local group in person, leading every workout and every accountability night myself.

This will not feel like a packed class where you disappear into the room. I'll know your name, your goals, your obstacles, and when you need to be pushed, supported, or redirected. Training groups are capped at six people on the floor. That's how I see every rep. Twelve people total, split across two evening groups, and that's the honest limit. Not manufactured scarcity... just what it takes to do this the right way.

The Investment

$199 total. Here's how it works: fill out the form, and Chad calls you personally, usually within an hour or two. On that call you'll pick your training group — 5:15 or 6:15, first come, first choice — and if it's a fit for you both, a $50 refundable deposit locks your spot. Balance due at kickoff July 26.

Nine in-person sessions coached by Chad — six workouts and three accountability nights — for $199 total. That's about $22 a session.

Chad's private clients pay $300 a session for one-on-one coaching. You're getting the same coach at a fraction of that for one reason: five other people are on the floor with you, sharing the cost.

Is Chad really the one coaching it?

Yes. Chad is in the room, in person, leading every Monday and Wednesday workout and running the Tuesday accountability nights himself. That's the whole point, and why it's capped at 12.

What time are the workouts?

Two training groups run Monday and Wednesday: 5:15 PM and 6:15 PM, six people each. You'll choose your group on your call with Chad — first come, first choice. Everyone meets together Tuesday at 6:00 PM for accountability night.

Do I need an Anytime Fitness membership?

No. Your $199 covers everything for the three weeks. No membership, no contract, no catch.

I'm a total beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. Every movement scales to your level, and because the group is capped at 12, Chad adjusts in real time. Beginners and returning lifters both fit here.

What if I can't make a session?

Life happens. You'll get the plan and the work so you never fall behind, and Chad will help you catch up at the next session.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No crash diets. The Meal Matrix is a flexible framework. You'll eat real food on a structure you can keep long after the 21 days.

What happens after 21 days?

You'll leave with the training, the nutrition framework, and the habits. Those are yours either way. In the last week, Chad sits down with you for one honest conversation about your next step: what continuing here would look like if you want it, or 'you've got what you need, go run' if that's the truth. Some people continue. Some don't. No pressure either way.

How does the deposit work?

Nothing is charged when you fill out the form. Chad calls you first, you talk it through, and if it's a fit, a $50 deposit locks your spot and applies toward your $199 total. Balance due at kickoff on July 26. The deposit is fully refundable through Thursday, July 23.

What if something comes up before we start?

Your deposit is fully refundable through Thursday, July 23, no questions asked. After the 23rd, spots are locked. With only 12 seats and a waitlist behind you, a last-minute opening can't be refilled fairly, so late cancellations keep the group honest for everyone who committed.
