Why This Is Different
Most of my coaching happens online with a selective circle of private clients, executives, and public figures across the country... and I keep that circle intentionally small. For these 21 days, I'm opening the door here in Green Bay and doing something I rarely do: coaching a local group in person, leading every workout and every accountability night myself.
This will not feel like a packed class where you disappear into the room. I'll know your name, your goals, your obstacles, and when you need to be pushed, supported, or redirected. Training groups are capped at six people on the floor. That's how I see every rep. Twelve people total, split across two evening groups, and that's the honest limit. Not manufactured scarcity... just what it takes to do this the right way.

$199 total. Here's how it works: fill out the form, and Chad calls you personally, usually within an hour or two. On that call you'll pick your training group — 5:15 or 6:15, first come, first choice — and if it's a fit for you both, a $50 refundable deposit locks your spot. Balance due at kickoff July 26.

Chad's private clients pay $300 a session for one-on-one coaching. You're getting the same coach at a fraction of that for one reason: five other people are on the floor with you, sharing the cost.

I've spent nearly 30 years coaching real people to real results and learning directly from some of the most respected minds in fitness, performance, nutrition, and mindset. My job has never been to make fitness more complicated. It has been to take what works at the highest level and turn it into simple systems that busy people can actually follow in real life.
That experience matters because no two people walk into this program with the same body, schedule, history, or obstacles. I'll know when to push you, when to adjust, and how to keep one difficult day from becoming another abandoned attempt.
For these 21 days, I will not hand you off to another trainer. I'll be in the room with you... leading every workout, making the adjustments, and helping you build something you can continue long after the program ends.
Before You Ask
Yes. Chad is in the room, in person, leading every Monday and Wednesday workout and running the Tuesday accountability nights himself. That's the whole point, and why it's capped at 12.
Two training groups run Monday and Wednesday: 5:15 PM and 6:15 PM, six people each. You'll choose your group on your call with Chad — first come, first choice. Everyone meets together Tuesday at 6:00 PM for accountability night.
